The Greek national football team continues its World Cup qualifier campaign on Sunday or if you’re in Australia, Monday at 4:45am (AEST).

The boys in blue and white will be visiting the Fadil Vokrri Stadium take on hosts Kosovo.

Greece will be hoping to score a win, after having played two back-to-back draws in their qualifying fixtures so far. The team played a friendly against Switzerland on Thursday, losing 2-1.

The team may be faring slightly better than its opponents, after the Kosovans started with two straight losses in their own qualifying matches. In Kosovo’s most recent game on Thursday, the country came out victorious thanks to a pesky own goal from Davit Khocholava from the Georgian team.

After the Kosovo match, Greece will then take on Sweden on Wednesday (Thursday 4:45am AEST).
