The Greek Film Society Sydney (GFSS) is inviting members of the society and their friends to the annual general meeting (AGM) on the evening of 9 December as it looks forward to resuming regular screenings next year.

The society’s executive committee said in a statement that all members were encouraged to attend to nominate people for the committee or to volunteer for tasks associated with film screenings.

“Renewal of membership (if necessary) needs to be made on the day at $5 (one moth minimum) or for a longer period. Prospective members are invited to attend by filling in a membership application before the meeting,” said Petro Alexiou in a statement on behalf of the executive committee.
