A collection of Melbourne’s finest Greek musicians will present the modern contemporary sounds of Greece that represent the Melbourne of today as part of Brunswick Music Festival.

The inaugural Musiki Koutouki features the dynamic Omados, the dulcet tones of Erinaki, the bombastic Totally Kicking Brass and Melbourne’s own Cats and the Canary.

The enigmatic Adriana Lazaridis who is quite popular among diverse audiences will be also DJing in between performances mixing classic and contemporary Greek tunes with electro tracks and Anatolian hits.

The open-air event that will highlight Melbourne’s thriving Hellenic scene showcasing the sounds of the diaspora will take place in the heart of Brunswick at Sparta Place on 12 March at 3pm till late.

Brunswick Music Festival runs from 4 to 14 March 2022, hosting an array of family friendly, all age events that promote Melbourne’s music scene with an emphasis on its diverse and multicultural influences.
