Beyoncé knows how to turn heads on stage and on the red carpet, and the 2022 Academy Awards ceremony was the perfect occasion for the mum-of-three to make a comeback.
Her latest statement choice by one of her favourite designers is her most impressive yet, however, her appearance at the Oscars’ after party was overshadowed on the night due to the controversial altercation between the event’s MC, comedian Chris Rock and Oscar winner, Will Smith.
While every news and lifestyle media outlet, not to mention social media commentator, was busy analysing the drama that unfolded on stage, Beyoncé shared a new gallery on Instagram leaving her fans utterly stunned.

With a set of candid snapshots taken on the night, she showed off her curves in a sheer, jeweled gown which left practically nothing to the imagination, custom made by Greek designer Celia Kritharioti.
In the hours that followed, the image garnered over 4.4 million likes and millions of shares from fans, fashion and lifestyle media around the world.
It is not the first time Celia Kritharioti has designed for Beyoncé; their relationship started almost a decade ago with one of Queen-Bey’s most iconic sparkling numbers.
Kritharioti, who is the most famous Greek fashion designer right now, has also had a long-standing collaboration with J.Lo (2014) with Kim and Khloe Kardashian as well as Kylie Minogue who have all become regular clients. Khloe Kardashian also wore Celia Kritharioti at the Oscars, including E! Entertainment presenter Erin Lim.
Greek singer Foureira is one of the celebrities that don Kritharioti’s designs on stage often alongside Greek-American TV presenter Maria Menounos.
