Popular Greek singer Nikos Vertis held a concert in Mykonos on Friday evening (local time) and the price tag has gone viral.

The show that took place on the beach of Ornos, more specifically at the beach-bar restaurant “Pasaji” demanded several thousands of dollars in advance to secure the reservation.

Reportedly, the first tables as Greeks call the tables closets to the stage, had a minimum consumption of 15,000 euros (AU$22,000) and those wanting to book had to pay half of it in advance.

Interested parties paid 7,500 euros to secure the reservation.

The full price of $22,000 included access to a food menu, a three litre bottle of vodka, a 1.5 litre bottle of champagne and a bottle of premium tequila.

Ticket holders had to be at the beach at 10pm the latest in order to be seated for dinner with Vertis hitting the stage at midnight. The artist, however, appeared on stage at 1.45am right after a firework show.

He performed for three hours non stop and greeted every single person.

All the first tables were sold out within hours of the release by VIP Israeli customers that came from Tel Aviv especially for Nikos Vertis who famous in Tel Aviv.

The secondary and back table rows saw prices per person vary between 850 and 350 euros.

The Ornos venue had 1,300 seated guests and 700 standing.

Among the VIPs were members of the Zane and Houri families and Greek tycoons Chrysanthos Panas and Malina Travlos.
