Lefteris Pantazis and Konie Metaxa were seen departing Athens airport Eleftherios Venizelos for a tour in the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Father and daughter made some statements on camera for ‘Happy Day’ show on Alpha Tv about their relationship, the tour, and the rumored quarrel between Angela Dimitriou and her daughter Olga Kiourtsaki.

“Five years ago was the last tour, but recently, I released a new song because we knew we would go to America, of course, so I am very excited (for) Australia…”

Konie Metaxa said that she has been living on her own for a while and only stayed with her father for a short whole after returning from America.

“We had worked together only once in Athens in 2013. It was my decision not to do live performances because I wanted to focus on my company and social media,” further explained Konnie Metaxa.

Lefteris Pantazis added, “We had great success; the audience gave us a lot of love, and now we’re doing it again. Well, we argued, then made up, then danced, then sang, wasn’t it like that? I don’t think compared to other cohabitations with parents we argued so much. Usually, kids who live with their parents kill each other,” added Pantazis.

Regarding why she sometimes gets annoyed with her father, Konnie Metaxa noted, “When he treats me as if I were 5 years old.”

The reporter then asked about the rumors that suggest fellow singer (and Lefteris Pantazis’ close friend) Angela Dimitriou and her daughter Olga are in a disagreement.

“They will reconcile. I don’t know if this is true. I know that Angela is a very good mother, and the girl has grown up with her mom,” replied Lefteris Pantazis and added, “In our case, this outburst lasts five minutes. Then we meet at home, and we find each other. Fortunately, now I will experience it on the tour and enjoy it.”

At the same time, Konie Metaxa emphasised, “You should never spend too much time together with another, whoever that is.”

Finally, regarding whether she has motherhood in mind, the Instagrammer said, “I don’t think I’m ever in that phase.”

Lefteris Pantazis also referred to his collaboration with his son-in-law, Mario Kapotis, letting the reporter know that the water polo player is multitalented and writes lyrics for several popular artists.
