Tina Douvos-Stathopoulos, who has led PRONIA for the past seven years has stepped down from her role as Chief Executive Officer.

Elpis Korosidis, President of the Board, expressed gratitude for Tina’s 34 years of service and unwavering dedication as a leader in community services.

“I am proud and honoured to have served the Greek community over three decades and to have been part of an organisation that has made a difference to the lives of many. I wish the Board and PRONIA every success,” said Ms Douvos-Stathopoulos who has been instrumental in PRONIA’s growth and success, catering to over 8000 individuals annually.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Masters in Business Administration, Tina’s visionary leadership has driven the development of over 350 programs tailored to meet diverse community needs. Her advocacy for multicultural affairs extends beyond PRONIA, demonstrating her commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in broader society.

Deputy CEO Nikki Efremidis has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, as the Board initiates an executive search process for a permanent CEO.
