Her impressive discography includes over 2,000,000 records sold and the distinction of being the only Greek singer with over 30 duets in her repertoire.

Originally hailing from an at the time underprivileged Athenian neighbourhood, Aegaleo, Kaiti Garbi began her musical journey as a teenager, performing alongside her younger sister, Liana, and Yiannis Floriniotis.

Her solo career took off with the release of her debut album, “Prova,” in 1989, followed by “Gialia Karfia,” which saw success with tracks like “Fantasmataki.”

However, it was her third album, “Entalma Silipseos,” that truly catapulted her to stardom, selling 30,000 copies and earning gold status.

Garbi’s popularity soared further when her song “Pes To M’Ena Fili” led to her representation of Greece in the Eurovision Song Contest 1993, where she placed 9th with “Ellada, Hora Tou Fotos,” making headlines with her controversial outfit choice.

Subsequent albums like “Atofio Chrysafi,” “Arhizo Polemo,” and “Evaisthisies” solidified her status as one of Greece’s most beloved singers, dominating the charts with numerous hits and earning multiple awards.

During her Australian tour, Kaiti Garbi will be joined by her son and musician, Dimitris Schinas.
