The comedy festival season may be over, but the laughs must continue. Later this month, two Australian comedy legends, George Kapiniaris and Tahir Bilgiç, team up for a show in Frankston. The Greco-Turkish comedic duo share the spotlight for a performance that the audience will remember.
Kapiniaris launched his career in the 1980s in the ground-breaking ‘Wogs out of Work’ stage, then as Memo in the TV series ‘Acropolis Now’, he was in the long-running TV series, Flying Doctors, and has been in many films .
Tahir carved out a sterling stand-up comedy career with his live shows, ‘Lord of The Kebabs and ‘Straight Outta Compo’ then became a staple in ‘Fat Pizza’, ‘Swift and Shift’ ‘Couriers’ and ‘Housos’, as well as his roles in three feature films.
The evening will start with a two-course dinner in a banquet-style setting, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the show from the comfort of your table.
