This week Mavs Greek Restaurant in Geelong was named Victoria’s Best Greek Restaurant by the Restaurant and Catering Association for the third consecutive year.
Business owners Miltiadis Mavromoustakos and his wife Julia say they are incredibly honoured to receive this award, telling Neos Kosmos it’s “a recognition of the hard work, dedication to excellence of the entire team who pour their passion into every dish and every guest experience.”
“This award is an inspiration to continue pushing the boundaries.”
Miltiadis and Julia also express their deep gratitude to their loyal customers who have supported the business on this journey.
Restaurants, cafes and catering businesses gathered together to celebrate achievements of their peers and the announcement of the award winners at the San Remo Ballroom in Brunswick on Monday October 14.

Miltiadis and Julia are now looking forward to the National Awards Night that will be held on November 11 at the Zinc on Federation Square, where Mavs will be competing against other states winners for the national awards.
