Heat oven 180 C and grease a cake tin

Ingredients

125 grams unsalted butter (soften in microwave)
2/3 cup canola oil
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1 cup coarsely ground walnuts
2 cups of self-raising flour

Method

1. Put oil and butter together with sugar and beat for 5-6 minutes
2. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one
3. Cut banana in small pieces add to mixture together with walnuts and stir in
4. Add sifted flour folding in till all is mixed
5. Pour into grease cake tin and bake for 45 minutes
6. Stand for a few minutes then turnout on rack to cool
7. Decorate with walnuts and sifted icing sugar
