All you need for this salad is the ingreidents and your hands to mix and serve. Delicious, simple and healthy.

Ingredients:

1/4 cabbage grated finely or cut finely
1/4 red cabbage cut or grated finely
1/2 a lettuce cut very fine
2 medium sized carrots grated
1/2 bunch of parsley chopped fine
1 bunch of dill
A red pepper cut in fine strips
A small onion chopped fine or shallots
Handful of pickles chopped
3-4 hot pickled chillies (optional) chopped
1/2 cup good virgin olive oil
3-4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Juice of one lemon
Pepper and salt
Some capers
