Ingredients:

600 gr watermelon (net weight without skin and seeds)
100 gr brown sugar
100 gr water
50 g vodka

Method:

1. In a saucepan, make syrup with water and sugar. Allow cooling.
2. In a blender mash the flesh with cold watermelon syrup and add vodka
3. Transfer the mixture to a metal container and freeze for 2 hours in the freezer
4. Following the break and remove with a fork or the mash in blender
5.To put back in the freezer and serve
