For the dough:
500 gms plain flour
180 gms butter
220 gms yogurt
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Filling:
800 gms milk
500 gms feta
60 gms semolina
200 gms mushrooms
1 bunch of mint
30 gms butter
1 egg
Little pepper

Method:
1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead with your hands
2. Place the dough for one hour in the refrigerator covered
3. Open the dough and spread in pan
4. Sauté mushrooms with butter in saucepan
5. Add the milk, cheese, semolina and pepper and stir till thickened
6. Cool the filling and add the egg and mint
7. Put the filling into the pan with the dough and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes
