European and Siglo owner, Con Christopoulos will be opening a new cafe on Hardware Lane in Melbourne.
Having bought the corner Nepalease diner, Christopoulos along with his long-term executive chef Ian Curley will start work on the place next week.
“It’s just going to be a nice little cafe,” Curley said to The Australian, “like a mini-version of City Wine Shop”.
