There’s nothing better than living next door to a Greek yiayia and enjoying the benefits of her home-made cooking and care.
Melbourne resident Daniel from Reservoir knows this too well, and has been documenting the bliss of living next door to a Greek yiayia Nina, who showers him with love and daily offers of homemade meals.
His Instagram account, called yiayianextdoor has 18.5k followers intrigued by the new ways in which this yiayia showers the young man with love from lentil soup handed over the red fence to a tsoungrisma of red Easter eggs. Daniel writes on his account that “everyone deserves a girl next door” before offering snippets of his life that make his followers jealous.
