Ingredients:

1/2 kilo of fresh broad beans cleaned form the shell

1/2 kilo of peas (frozen will do fine)

5-6 spring onions chopped

1/2 bunch of dill or fennel chopped

2-3 cloves of garlic 1 cup olive oil Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Boil the broad beans for a few minute and drain the water

2. In a baking dish spread the brad beans, the onion, dill or fennel, garlic, slat and pepper, oil and a little water

3. Put in medium eat oven 190C and bake till cooked
