Ingredients:

500 grams watermelon without pips cut into cubes

250 grams of granulated sugar

50 grams of glucose

Method:

1. Mix the sugar with the watermelon

2. Put in a saucepan together with the glucose and cook on very low heat for about 15-20 minutes

3. Take of the heat for at least 15 minutes

4. Cook again on low heat for 10 minutes

5. Keep in sterilized jars
