Ingredients:

2 quinces

1 kilo sugar

1 kilo water

1 stick cinnamon

 

Method:

1. Place sugar and water in a saucepan that can be then put in the oven and boil for 1 minute

2. Wash the quince well and add to the syrup together with the cinnamon stick, put the lid on the saucepan

3. Put the saucepan in the oven that has been preheated to 180 C for 2 and ½ hours

4. Turn the quince every hour

5. Allow to cool and then cut into slices

6. Serve with the following cream

 

Yoghurt cream: Ingredients and method:

400 grams of strained yogurt reduced

50 grams honey

200 grams fresh cream thickened

Mix all the above into a cream and serve with the quince
