Ingredients:

2 cups plain flour
300 ml cold beer
1 teaspoon baking powder
300 gms crumbled feta
Corn oil for frying or canola oil.

Method:

1. In a bowl mix the flour, beer and baking powder and leave the mixture for half an hour in the refrigerator
2. Then add the feta in the batter and stir
3. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes in hot oil until golden brown
4. Place them on a platter with paper towels before serving them
